"I created Emberly Wellbeing with the quote above as a steering vision: to guide others through their own transformation with compassion, curiosity, and creativity. As a health and wellness coach, I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where my clients can explore, dream, and embody the next version of themselves.

 

My own wellness journey has had a variety of twists and turns. I served as a SGT in the US Army, where I learned lessons of grit and listening to ones inner knowing. In corporate America, I built wellness programs from scratch, coached executives, and gained a "be water" mentality (ask me in our intro call for more details on this). And as a circus performer it has continued to teach me about joy, resilience, and embodiment.

 

When I was younger, I knew I wanted to be a part of changing the status quo and helping community and individuals feel supported. It wasn't until I found health coaching that I truly felt as though I had the right avenues to be in that style of work. Health coaching has been one of the purest joys of my life. To be in the trenches so to speak with individuals as they intentionally work toward refining elements of their life is such a sacred space to hold. I am so grateful each time someone trusts me to dive into this work with them. About 3 years into working as a health coach, I started hosting wellness retreats. I'd take small groups through many layers of nervous system training tools and wellness practices like yoga, breathwork, mediation, art, sound healing, embodiment photoshoots, etc. Here at Emberly Wellbeing we can dive into any of those areas, creating a routine of solo work, in session 1v1 work, and group work in community.

My core values are deep connection, movement magic, and holistic wellbeing.

"I worked with Amanda on wellness, focusing on body and mind. As an executive in a CRAZY, fast-paced world, working with Amanda taught me to slow down. 
She helped me diversify my workout schedule and made it way more fun. However, her mind-focused work was, at least personally, most impactful. I run a million miles per hour, and working with Amanda taught me to slow down.
